About Leslez

Leslez is a free font library. It lists 2,133 fonts from Google Fonts, Bunny Fonts and Fontshare, and every font has its own page where you can type your own text, look at each style, read about the design and download the files.

Fonts are grouped into 5 categories, Serif, Sans Serif, Monospace, Handwriting and Display, and can be browsed by writing system as well. The language of each font is read from the characters inside its files, so a font is listed under Arabic or Devanagari only when it contains those letters.

The font files and previews are stored on Leslez's own file storage. Opening a font page does not send a request to Google Fonts or to any other font service, and downloading needs no account and no email address.

Free To Use, And Not For Profit

Leslez does not charge for anything and there is no paid plan. The project earns nothing at the moment; the hosting and the time that go into it are paid for by the team.

If Leslez is useful in your work and you would like to help keep it running, sponsorship is the one way to support it. Write to sponsors@leslez.org and we will reply with the details.

The fonts themselves are made by their designers and foundries. Most are released under open licenses, and each font page names the license that applies to it. The Font Licenses page explains what each license allows.
