Crystal Kluge drew Codystar for Neapolitan with the lights of Manhattan in mind, the sparkle you see walking through Times Square. The lowercase stands almost as tall as the capitals, so a word holds an even height from end to end, and the letters are set wide.
It comes in Light and Regular, with no OpenType features. Give it a dark background and a large size, a theater poster or a party invite, and keep the words few.
