One Family

Together with their families
18 stylistic sets is a lot for a single script font, and in MonteCarlo they are where most of the fun lives. Robert Leuschke filled them with alternate flourishes, and there are swashes, contextual alternates and discretionary ligatures on top, so a name on an invitation can be dressed up letter by letter until it looks the way you want.
Underneath the ornament the script is calm. The letters connect, the slant is slight, and that keeps it readable. Lowercase is small next to the tall capitals, and it sets narrow.
1 Regular style, with Western and Central European languages and Vietnamese covered. Give it room around each line for the swashes to swing into.
