Rum, maps and buried gold
Sideshow pitched Trade Winds with a hearty “Ahoy, matey!” and a promise of exotic ports, so there is no mystery about the brief. It is a pirate-movie, high-seas display face from Squid, made for treasure maps and seafood-shack specials more than for anything you need to read for long.
A single style with 226 characters and no OpenType extras, Latin only. Set it big and give the swagger room.
