Windows 95 put its dialog boxes and menus in MS Sans Serif, a raster font drawn pixel by pixel. Alina Sava redrew it as W95FA, an outline font that scales, and kept the stepped pixel look of the original.
She made it for the W95 WordPress theme, a blog design dressed up as the old desktop, and FontsArena published it in January 2020. 167 characters cover the accented letters of German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and the Scandinavian languages.
Try it at a few sizes on screen and keep the one where the steps land cleanly. In a fake title bar or a save dialog it reads as Windows 95 at once.
