「 and 」, 、 and 。 each take a full square in Japanese type, and a heading with a pair of brackets and a comma in it can end up with gaps that catch the eye before the words do.

YakuHanJP, by Qrac, holds only those marks, drawn half-width. The trick is the CSS font stack. A browser walks down the font-family list for each character, so with YakuHanJP named ahead of Hiragino Sans or Noto Sans JP, the marks resolve to the narrow versions while the kana and kanji fall through to the main face.

The shapes come from Noto Sans JP, and there are 9 weights, Thin to Black, to match it.

This is the full version: the brackets plus 、。！？・：；. If you want only the brackets narrowed and the commas and stops left wide, YakuHanJPs is the brackets-only file. Mincho and rounded versions exist as YakuHanMP and YakuHanRP.

We would try it on headings and navigation first, where the gaps show most.
