Keshikan drew the DSEG fonts in FontForge on an Ubuntu 14.04 machine, and the very first of them, released in 2014, was a 7-segment face. Classic Mini belongs to that line and comes from the 0.46 release.
Price tags and scoreboards suit it. The period has no width, so 48.50 sits in the same 4 digit cells as 4850, and a column of totals lines up on the digits wherever the decimal point falls.
The 3 weights can do some acting too. Light reads like a dim display at rest and Bold like one with the backlight up, and every weight has an italic.
