Combo’s letters are built out of 2 things, elliptical arcs and the straight strokes a flat-tipped marker pen makes, and Eduardo Tunni kept the structure plain enough that you can find both in most of the alphabet.
It went onto Google Fonts in September 2012 as a single Regular. The 389 characters carry Latin Extended, so a Polish or Czech headline sets as cleanly as an English one.
Tunni meant it for advertising and headlines, and we would hold it there. A sale banner, a café menu board. Past a few lines the marker rhythm gets tiring.
