Chewy comes from Sideshow, a Font Diner imprint, and its designer goes by Squid. Its makers wrote the description as a chewing gum joke, and the font keeps the same spirit. 1 Regular, basic Latin with no accented letters, released in 2010 and on Google Fonts since January 2011. Comic titles and candy labels are its natural turf.
