Thursday afternoon

Dear Alex,

I left the book by the window. There is a note on page twenty-three that I thought you would like. Bring it along on Thursday; we can finish the conversation over coffee.

See you there.

64 characters is a very small font, and that is the point. Edu AU VIC WA NT Dots holds the alphabet the way children in Victoria, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are taught to write it, in its Dots form, and carries little beyond that, so plan worksheet text around the letters.

Tina and Corey Anderson made it for the AU School Handwriting Fonts, a family built to meet Australian education standards, with weights and sizes tuned to work in a classroom and still be easy to use at home. Google for Education published it, and it reached Google Fonts in 2024.

4 weights, Regular to Bold. The Bold is the one to project on a whiteboard; Regular suits a printed sheet a child holds close.
