Annals of the northern city
Forum is drawn on antique Roman proportions, stately capitals with a small lowercase tucked underneath, and Denis Masharov made sure it would hold up in Cyrillic as well as Latin.
His language list is long for a 2011 font: Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltic states, Cyrillic, and the Cyrillic used by communities in Asia. 578 characters. He pitched it for body text too, besides titles.
We are less sure. The lowercase is short, so long paragraphs need a bigger size than usual. For a title page or a museum sign in Russian and English, it is right at home. Google Fonts has carried it since July 2011.
