A Note On The Page
Fusion Kai J · Regular
A short letter, set in the family.
Thursday afternoon
Dear Alex,
I left the book by the window. There is a note on page twenty-three that I thought you would like. Bring it along on Thursday; we can finish the conversation over coffee.
See you there.

Of the Fusion Kai versions, J stays closest to the font the whole project grew from. Klee One goes into the merge first here, so wherever Klee has a character, its shape wins, and LXGW WenKai TC fills the gaps behind it. The priority all the way through is Japanese standard forms.
Fontworks drew Klee One as a script written with a pencil or a pen, and that hand carries over.
The file also covers Latin, Greek and Cyrillic next to the kana and a big run of ideographs, in a single style.
We like it for notes and picture books, anything that should feel written by a person. For dense interface text it is too soft.
