Gugi comes from TAE System & Typefaces Co., with HBKIM and TJKIM named as its designers, and the Hangul is the reason it exists; the Latin letters are there to keep a mixed Korean and English title in 1 font. The file holds 2,494 characters and a single Regular weight, with no OpenType extras. Its lowercase is big for a Latin face. It came to Google Fonts in February 2018 as a display font, so we would save it for signs, posters and headings and give long Korean text to something quieter.
