Santali, spoken by about 6 million people in India, Bangladesh and Nepal, gets written in Devanagari, Bengali, Oriya and Latin, and in an alphabet of its own. Pandit Raghunath Murmu created Ol Chiki for it in the 1920s: 6 vowel letters, 24 consonants, written left to right.

Lewis McGuffie and the Monotype team drew this Noto sans for the script, covering the 53 characters of its Unicode block, with a full Latin set beside them. Google added it in November 2020.

4 weights: Regular, Medium, Semi Bold and Bold.

On a bilingual page, keep the English in this same font. The 2 scripts then share weight and color, and Semi Bold gives a clear heading in both.
