Monrovia to Robertsport road
Mɔmɔlu Duwalu Bukɛlɛ created the Vai script in the 1830s, and it is used in Liberia and Sierra Leone for the Vai language, spoken by about 115,000 people. Each of its 212 basic symbols stands for a syllable. The Cherokee syllabary may have influenced it.
Monotype’s design team drew it for Google’s Noto collection in an even-stroked, unmodulated style, and the file covers the Unicode Vai block, with Latin beside it for English or transliteration. 1 Regular weight.
