Wojciech Kalinowski looked at his finished Nova family, 6 shapes and a mono, and saw that it had no oblique. Nova Script fills that gap. He built it from Nova Oval, leaned it over, and with that he considered the family complete.
So in a layout it pairs most naturally with Nova Oval, upright for the main line and Script for a subtitle or an emphasized word. It sets a little wide, has a generous x-height, and comes in 1 Regular style with Latin Extended accents.
