Garden party in June
A Pentel Color Brush is a refillable pen with a nylon brush tip, able to make a fine line or a broad one, and Petemoss is Robert Leuschke’s script drawn from what that pen does. He calls it semi-calligraphic, which fits: there is contrast from the brush, but the letters stay loose.
It is very compressed, a sentence fitting into about half the width a plain sans would need, and the lowercase is small under tall capitals. That combination wants a large size and a short phrase.
The files date the design to 2008. 1 style, Latin with Central European accents and Vietnamese.
