A Note On The Page
Reenie Beanie · Regular
A short letter, set in the family.
Thursday afternoon
Dear Alex,
I left the book by the window. There is a note on page twenty-three that I thought you would like. Bring it along on Thursday; we can finish the conversation over coffee.
See you there.

Ballpoint pen handwriting, loose and quick, is what James Grieshaber turned into Reenie Beanie. His own suggestion is to cast it as the scribble of a mad scientist or the recipe notes of a genius chef, and we can see both.
It sets narrow and small on the body, so bump the size up a step. 1 Regular, 320 characters, no OpenType features. Margin notes on a design mockup are where we keep reaching for it.
