Children in Argentina learn a particular school handwriting, and Ruluko borrows its shapes. Ana Sanfelippo, Angélica Díaz and Meme Hernández designed it for people learning to read, on the idea that a reader who already knows that handwriting will recognize these letters faster than the usual typefaces used in reading books.
It also works outside the classroom, as a warm sans for ordinary text. There is 1 Regular style, Latin only, and it sets a little narrow.
