A character with 2 readings can show the right Zhuyin beside it in Bpmf Huninn without anyone switching fonts. Older Bopomofo fonts needed a separate file for each alternative pronunciation; this one holds them all, using Ideographic Variation Sequences and glyph substitution under ButTaiwan’s Bopomofo IVS specification.
It is the sans serif member of the Bpmf set, credited to But Ko and justfont, with around 10,300 glyphs of Traditional Chinese and Latin and 6 stylistic sets. The project’s own web tool is the easy way to add the annotations.
We would use it for slides and learning apps on screen, and leave the handwriting style Bpmf Iansui for print.
