A slab serif with swashes is an odd mix, and that is Cherry Swash. Nataliya Kasatkina kept the strokes even, with no contrast between thick and thin, and then gave the capitals curling swash tails.

The swashes are on the capitals only, so a title in mixed case gets 1 flourish per word and the rest stays plain. She meant it for headlines and logos.

Regular and Bold, Latin with the extended accents, from 2012. A farm shop label or a fair poster would suit it.
