Geom’s italics are true italics, drawn for each of its 7 weights. Thanos Poulakidas started from the classic geometric tradition and then let small departures from strict geometry into the letters, enough to give them some rhythm.
He meant it mainly for display, titles, branding and big headlines, and it holds up in smaller text as well. The weights run Light to Black, and each was adjusted on its own so the proportions stay consistent through the family. Greek is covered alongside Latin.
A studio’s identity in Greek and English, with Black for the logo and Regular for the website, is a job we would hand it.
