New Tai Lue, also called Xishuangbanna Dai, is young as scripts go. It was developed in China from the 1950s on for the Tai Lü language, to replace the older Tai Tham script, which is still in use as well.

Noto Sans New Tai Lue covers the 90 characters of its Unicode block, left to right, and it needs software shaping to come out right. There are 4 weights, Regular, Medium, Semi Bold and Bold, so a heading can step up in weight without leaving the family, and a Latin set rides along for mixed text.
