The lowercase of Julius Sans One stands 91% as tall as its capitals, close enough to a unicase that a small a and a big A nearly share a height. Luciano Vergara drew it at LatinoType, the Chilean foundry, and Google has carried it since October 2012, with fresh hinting added in 2015.

1 Regular, set wide, kerning and nothing more. Put it on a gallery sign or a logotype with some extra letterspacing. A paragraph of it gets tiring fast.
