Surf contest, Sunday heats
Tyler Finck drew Knewave in 2011. It is a single Regular with tall capitals, 208 Latin glyphs and kerning, on Google Fonts since November 2011.
A surf contest poster or a T-shirt print, set large, is as far as we would take it.
