Krona One is wide. Set a sentence in it and the line comes out 47% longer than the same words in Arial, and that stretch is the character of the face.

Yvonne Schüttler took her cue from hand-lettered Swedish posters of the early 20th century, and kept the contrast low so the letters read as even, broad strokes. Sorkin Type published it, and it has been on Google Fonts since February 2012.

She says it works from small sizes up. It does, for a label or a button, as long as you have the room across. For a logo or a headline over a photo it is better still, since few faces take up horizontal space so confidently. 1 style.
