Type a lowercase a in Luckiest Guy and it stands nearly as tall as a capital A; the small letters reach 99% of the cap height. Brian Bonislawsky of Astigmatic based the face on custom hand lettering in 1950s advertisements, the friendly, fat kind.
So in practice there is no real difference between caps and lowercase here, only a change of shape. It is heavy, upright and Latin with the extended accents, 367 characters. Put it on a cartoon title card or a toy box.
