A sentence of lowercase in Medula One takes up little more than half the width it needs in Arial, so it will squeeze a long headline into a narrow column where most faces give up.
Luciano Vergara drew it at LatinoType, a condensed sans whose strokes end in a flick, as if from a brush, which keeps the tall narrow letters from feeling stiff. 1 style, 227 characters, Latin only. Set it big with a little air between the lines.
