A 1960s bra advertisement is the unlikely starting point Astigmatic gives for Parisienne. It looks like a formal connecting script until you notice the slight bounce and the irregularities, which are deliberate.
The capitals stand tall over a small lowercase, and it sets narrow. 1 Regular, 368 characters with extended Latin and a few ligatures. A boutique logo or a wine label would suit it.
