A Note On The Page
Satisfy · Regular
A short letter, set in the family.
Thursday afternoon
Dear Alex,
I left the book by the window. There is a note on page twenty-three that I thought you would like. Bring it along on Thursday; we can finish the conversation over coffee.
See you there.

Root beer floats after the game
Sideshow, part of Font Diner, put Satisfy out in 2011, drawn by a designer who goes by Squid. The pitch was a lively brush script, old fashioned in its bones and modern in its details. Its capitals stand tall over a fairly small lowercase.
The character set stays with western European Latin. For a milkshake bar sign or a jar label it fits; in a block of text it would tire the eye.
