If you have ever opened Balsamiq Wireframes, you have already read this font. Michael Angeles drew Balsamiq Sans as the hand-lettered voice of that app, and it has been in use there since version 2.1.
Regular and Bold, each with an italic, and the italics keep the same width as the uprights. The character set goes further than you might expect from a wireframing font: extended Latin, Cyrillic, dingbats, and math and technical symbols.
Use it for mockups, slides or a casual explainer graphic. A contract would be a strange place for it.
