Universitype, who published it under the name UT Boldonse, describe it as a heavy sans for designs that need impact, and that is all the brief there is. The rest you learn by typing.
It is 1 weight, 399 characters of Latin, and a fuller feature list than a single display style usually gets: stylistic alternates and a stylistic set, discretionary ligatures, case-sensitive forms, fractions. Set a short line big and wide, a concert date or a shop sign, and give the alternates a go before you settle. It reached Google Fonts in February 2025.
