Something moved behind the freezer
Typomondo called Butcherman a zombified display font, hacked and chopped and left for dead, still crawling anyway, and the letters look the part. It came out in 2011 with 1 Regular style and 328 characters covering extended Latin. There are no OpenType features to switch on, and a Halloween flyer hardly needs any. Keep it to a few words per line, set large; the letters run wide and crowd a small space quickly.
