What happens to a document set in Comic Sans MS when it opens on a computer without Comic Sans? Jeff Davis’s answer, back in 2013, was Comic Relief, a font with the same character widths, so the copy stays where it was: no reflow, no resized boxes. Google added it in February 2025.
Regular and Bold, no italics. The 599 characters reach into Greek and Cyrillic.
Davis pitches it at missing-cat posters and WordArt, and we would not argue. School worksheets and club newsletters belong here too, any file made on a classroom PC that has to look the same when it opens somewhere else.
