Notes From The Reading Room
The reading room opens onto a quiet courtyard. Along the shelves, small handwritten labels mark the collections. A visitor leaves a book open beside the window, keeping a place for the next reader.
A heading marks the next chapter. The margins leave room for a note while the text continues across the page.

Several old slab serifs went into Kameron. Vernon Adams took classic slab and Egyptian faces from the early to mid 20th century, then reworked them and fused them into 1 design.
A September 2023 update widened the glyph set and made some small changes to the shapes. The family runs Regular, Medium, Semi Bold and Bold. Set a newsletter masthead or a poster headline in the Bold, and let the Regular carry the deck underneath.
