A Note On The Page
Lovers Quarrel · Regular
A short letter, set in the family.
Thursday afternoon
Dear Alex,
I left the book by the window. There is a note on page twenty-three that I thought you would like. Bring it along on Thursday; we can finish the conversation over coffee.
See you there.

The capitals in Lovers Quarrel are the show, ornate and calligraphic, and the lowercase that follows them is clean, tiny and so narrow that a whole word takes about half the room it would in Arial.
Rob Leuschke of TypeSETit drew it back in 2004, out of a career spent lettering for greeting cards and packaging, and it suits the same jobs, an invitation or a page in a scrapbook. Start each name with a capital and let it run. A line set in all capitals would be a tangle.
