Most of what anyone knows of the Elbasan alphabet comes from 1 book, the Elbasan Gospel Manuscript. Albanian Christians wrote with it in the middle of the 18th century, and from 1909 Albanian went over to the Latin alphabet, so the script is a historical one now, set in scholarly papers and specimens.
Noto Sans Elbasan is the unmodulated design for it in Google’s Noto collection, drawn by Monotype’s design team, and it carries Greek as well.
1 Regular with kerning, added to Google Fonts in November 2020. That is enough to set a passage next to its Latin transliteration. A layered design with headings in several weights would need a second family.
