The doodles in Rubik Doodle Shadow, shadow and all, came out of a script that NaN and Luke Prowse ran over Rubik’s outlines, and this is 1 of the results. The code is public, in a GitHub repository called Glyph-Filters, and the whole set goes by Rubik Filtered.
Because it is built on Rubik, it keeps what Rubik had. Hebrew, Cyrillic and Latin all came through the filter, and so did a text family’s features, tabular figures and a slashed zero among them, which is a strange thing to find in a doodle. A scoreboard on a poster will line up properly.
There is 1 Regular style and the letters are wide. Use it big, at 48 px and over, on a flyer or a kids’ event poster.
