Around the garden and home
A spiral leaves its center and keeps circling outward, and Brenda Gallo, who designed Spirax with Gustavo Dipre, built the font on that picture: you can travel a long way from where you started and still not be a stranger there. It is a sweet idea for a typeface. In practice it gives you pronounced contrast and curves that do not follow the usual paths, in 1 style that came to Google Fonts in November 2011. The designers suggest headlines and shorter texts. We would hold it to the first and keep the second very short, a quote or a card greeting at most.
