Every glyph in Tabular, in every weight and in the italics too, takes exactly the same width. That is the whole idea: switch a word to bold or italic and the line still wraps where it did before. Jérémie Hornus and Julie Soudanne drew it as a sans with 5 weights, each with an italic, which is rare among fonts meant for showing code.
They had paper in mind as well, financial reports and letterheads crowded with phone numbers, where columns of figures have to line up without anyone fiddling.
The download is the Regular. Set it a size down from your text face, since monospaced letters run wide.
