Nothing in Unkempt stands quite straight. The letters began as hand-lettering by Squid, working under Font Diner’s Sideshow label, and they kept the untidiness, each letter a little off-kilter, the lowercase small under tall capitals.

Regular and Bold, and that’s it, 227 characters with no OpenType features. The Bold is what you’d reach for on a flyer for a haunted hayride or a garage band’s gig. The Regular gets a little lost in anything under headline size.
