Xanh is a Vietnamese word that can mean blue or green, and young as well. Lâm Bảo and Duy Dao chose it for a monospaced serif from Yellow Type Foundry, which describes itself as the first digital type foundry in Vietnam.

Xanh Mono is a monospace meant for reading and for big display type, and its gentle serifs suit a magazine headline or a pull quote better than an editor window. The fixed widths give a line a measured, even beat that is pleasant in large sizes.

There are 2 styles, Regular and Italic, and the italic keeps exactly the width of the roman, as a monospace has to. Vietnamese is covered, naturally.
