Micro 5 is the teeny-tiny face of its collection, small enough to fit anywhere on a knit. The 5 in the name is the cap height; Sarah Cadigan-Fried numbers every face in her Soft Type Collection that way, so a knitter knows how many rows a word will take before casting on.
The collection exists so knitters can chart out text for their projects, and each design comes twice. This is the Charted version, for laying out the chart itself; the plain Micro 5 is the version for ordinary typing.
Tabular figures are included, useful when the pattern has to carry a year or a size number. Tuck it into a sock cuff or the corner of a blanket.
