Noto Serif Thai is the modulated version in Google’s Noto collection, drawn by the Monotype Design Team with real stroke contrast so it sits well beside a serif Latin. 9 weights, Thin at 100 to Black at 900.
For a Thai book or a long printed article we would try the Regular and the Medium first and keep the Black for a cover line. Like all Thai, it needs software that handles complex text shaping.
