Playwrite ES Guides · Regular
A short letter, set in the family.
Thursday afternoon
Dear Alex,
I left the book by the window. There is a note on page twenty-three that I thought you would like. Bring it along on Thursday; we can finish the conversation over coffee.
See you there.

Spanish schoolchildren learn a cursive that does not lean. The letters are cursive in structure with no slant at all, taught either as a hybrid, joined cursive lowercase with simple unjoined print capitals, or as a fully cursive style with ornate, traditional capitals. Major publishers such as Cuadernos Rubio, Santillana Educación, Editorial Barcanova and Tekman Education use the hybrid in their textbooks.
This is the guided cut of TypeTogether’s Playwrite ES. Every letter prints inside its own ruling, baseline, x-height, ascender and descender lines, so a worksheet comes out ready for copying. Need a blank row? The underscore prints the lines alone, as wide as a word space.
