Tea house open until dusk
Boku is the cheerful member of the Yuji family. Kinuta Font Factory built the whole series from the handwriting of the calligrapher Yuji Kataoka, and for Boku they went for a new design, plain and friendly, a hand that does not take itself too seriously.
It is a full working Japanese font, with 8,013 characters: kanji and kana, plus Latin, Greek and Cyrillic. 1 style. We’d give it short Japanese text with some personality, a café menu or a book cover, and see how far it stretches from there.
